Q: During installation under Windows 98, the following message is displayed: This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service. You must install a Windows service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows Installer service?
A: This error occurs because the Windows Installer service is older than version 2.0. To resolve this issue, you must upgrade the Windows Installer to newer version:

Q: After clicking on icon «IQ» willing to start program, nothing happens?
A: This problem affects all Personal computers with Windows XP installation on it before February 2008. which has connection to the Internet. To resolve this issue follow these steps:

1. Download and save «IQ_zakrpa».
2. Install «IQ_zakrpa».
3. Start «IQ_fix» from installed directory.
4. Click «yes»
5. This will remove all entries in the system registry and resolve this issue.
